Yahoo And AOL Sold For $5 Billion

Verizon has opted to sell AOL and Yahoo to a private equity firm. Verizon is poised to sell both companies to Apollo Global Management in a $5 billion deal. Under the deal the Verizon Media Group will now be called Yahoo.
