America has the largest prison population in the world. Over 3 million people populate U.S prisons. One-third of incarcerated persons are imprisoned for nonviolent, petty offenses. The prison pipeline is fueled with black and latino urban males. As a direct result of failing school , draconian drug laws, and ambitious politicians who lack any real solution to social problems. The bottomline is, where there is poverty, so will there be crime. Here, Meek Mill talks about his new criminal justice reform organization.
