November 26, 2020 By Contributor

Anyone planning a trip to go Greensboro, NC for thanksgiving holiday may want to revisit their plans after a caravan of attorneys enroute to Aurora Pro Plumbing services, were observed salivating at the mouth over the prospects of a large cash settlement . A Video , apparently showing a man being terminated by his employer for his refusal to a pray ,has now gone viral.

Title VII , Of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 , has been interpreted in part, by courts to prohibit private businesses from mandating, as a condition of employment, forced religious conformity. If in fact the employee is being compelled to pray , and was terminated for his failure to do so, the employer has violated federal law, and is subject to both civil and criminal penalties.
