Lawsuit Filed After Man “Burned” By Women

A South Jersey man alleges that he was scolded in the groin by a scolding hot cup of coffee by a female employee who acted “without any due caution.” The incident allegedly occurred after ordering at a Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru. The man, Leonard Allen claims the employee acted in a “negligent and careless manner as she failed to properly secure the cup and lid of the beverage.”
