Iowa’s Former Gov. Tom Vilsack Win’s $150,000 State Lottery

Ex-Governor of Iowa , Tom Vilsack can now add lottery winner to his list of accomplishments. Vilsack said it took around two weeks to realize that he possessed the winning ticket.
