Dapper Dan is a fashion Icon.  Known for his eccentric luxury style he remains  A- List celebrity go to stylist. Formerly   Located on 125^th street, Harlem, USA Dapper’s  clientele included  Shawn- Puff Daddy-Combs, Salt-N-Pepper, Eric B &  Rakim,  and The  Iron-Mike Tyson, just to name a few.

Dapper Dan’s Success was met by acrimony and disdain from notable brands that had refused to sell him products for  his lavish boutique because of  , as Dapper Dan has described  “ my chocolate completion.”

The refusal of branded apparel to sell him products did not stop his drive. Dapper Dan would buy luxury clothing from other retailers and then reinterpret them. In the 90’s litigation initiated by luxury brands resulted in a judgement and shortly thereafter   the closure of Dapper Dan’s Harlem boutique.

Today Dapper Dan relishes in the Glory of   yesteryear’s, and has cultivated his son to serve as his brand manager as he continues to cultivate new fashion ideas.
