In 2009 he was the   Subject of  an  investigation for his misappropriation of four rent stabilized apartments  (Source: New York Times); later he was  censured by the  U.S House of Representatives  by a vote of 333-79 for  violation of ethics rules (Source: The Washington Post). Rangel is another sellout! No blacks in congress or senate give a shit about you! They all sold out, proof? Look up their voting record in relation to black issues, you’ll be shocked. Show me one piece of a law or bill crafted to help blacks under eugenics and genocide! How’s this worthless program helping?
